Where is my client data stored?

Client records are stored in an encrypted local vault on your computer.

Are attachments encrypted?

Yes. Attachments inside the Mynos vault are encrypted. A copy saved outside the vault is protected according to the destination you choose.

Does Local AI send client text online?

No. When enabled, the supported rewrite workflow runs through a model on your computer. You should still review every result before applying it.

Can I use Mynos without a subscription?

Yes. The Free plan keeps up to two clients editable and includes profiles, notes, attachments, coverage, investments, PDF export, backup, and restore.

What happens if my subscription ends?

Your records remain available. The earliest two local clients stay editable on the Free plan, while other existing client records become read-only until you resubscribe.

Can I export my records?

Yes. You can generate professional PDF records and save attachment copies to a destination you choose.

Is Mynos available for Windows and macOS?

Yes. Mynos is an Electron-based desktop application for supported Windows and macOS computers.
